Shipping Options and Delivery Costs Within Canada
Canada Pool Warehouse operates on two shipping settings for purchases made, and are to be delivered in Canada.
For Purchases that do not exceed the amount of $199.99 CAD, the client shall pay a flat, taxable shipping rate of $19.99 CAD for the entirety of the items purchased.
Items that exceed the amount of $199.99 CAD are subjected to free shipping.
Order Processing Item
All purchases and orders placed before 5 pm Monday to Sunday are processed and will be dispatched within 1 to 5 days. All Orders placed after will be processed and dispatched the next day. Orders however, made during public holidays shall be held off for the day but will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery and P.O. Boxes
Please note that once your order has been placed, we may not be able to change the delivery address afterwards. Please be careful with entering the desired address that you wish to send the order to. We also do not ship towards P.O. Boxes for security purposes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Should you wish to place your order towards a different address, you may do so at your own risk
International Orders
For orders in the United States of America, Canada Pool Warehouse Utilizes UPS Live rates which Dynamically calculates the rates for shipping. To learn more about how this works, feel free to contact us on our website.
Canada Pool Warehouse however, does not ship anywhere else outside of Canada and the United states.
Tracking Your Orders
As of Date, Canada Pool Warehouse has no system which allows you to track your orders purchased on our website.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Canada Pool Warehouse allows the return of damaged goods in transit. Should the product you ordered arrive damaged, please take several photos of the damaged item in question still in the packaging you acquired it from and email it to [email protected]
If an item has been accepted to be returned, the customer shall shoulder the shipping fee to send the item back, after which the item shall undergo re-evaluation to assess the damage, if not enough information could be found based on the images provided.
Once the item is deemed fit for a replacement, a replacement item shall be provided by Canada Pool Warehouse. However, should the replacement item not be available, Canada Pool warehouse will instead provide a refund.
Canada Pool Warehouse however, does not initiate the exchange of one pair of goods to another.
