Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing at Canada Pool Warehouse! We at Canada Pool Warehouse are hopeful that you are satisfied and pleased with your purchase.

We will accept returns of unopened / unused items within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after the 30 day deadline. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping rate. Special orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from us at Canada Pool Warehouse.

The item being returned is within 30 days of purchase.
Items purchased over a discount and are still valid for a return and refund.
The item being returned has its valid corresponding receipt upon contacting us at Canada Pool Warehouse for a refund.
The Customer shall cover the shipping fee upon returning the item.
All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee

We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service, and work on widening our selection of products that is growing rapidly every day.

We work hard to ensure that our return policies are fair to all the parties involved – our customers, manufactures and to us. If you should have any additional questions and/or concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Orders ship from Canada

We do cover return costs and issue a full refund or a replacement for any item that was shipped to you in error or was damaged in transit. Please contact us for any defective items. Any defective items will follow the manufactures warranty.

If you would like to return an item, please use the Online Returns Center to issue a return request.

Once approved, you will be provided with an authorization number (RMA Number) and return label.

A return will not be accepted without a Return authorization.

All returns must be shipped and postmarked within 30 days of the item being received. Any return shipped after 30 days may be ineligible for a refund.

Unwanted items (no longer needed, ordered the wrong size, etc.) returned due to no fault of the Canada Pool Warehouse may have the return shipping cost and 20% of the order deducted from the refund.

Please send us back the item in its original packaging and condition with all of the parts.

All items must be returned in the condition they were received.

We may test any product which is returned for being defective when it arrives. If found to be functioning properly and the nature of the return was misrepresented, we will not issue a refund.

If the item can not be repacked and sold no refund shall be offered. The buyer would have to pay shipping costs to have the item shipped back to them if needed.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

Perishable items
Hazardous Materials such as paint, cleaning supplies, or other chemical products.
Hazardous Materials such as any and all swimming pool or spa chemicals.
Items damaged or altered by customer.
Electronic components (Spa pacs, Boards, heaters, topsides) that have been installed and used.

All of the electronic components we sell are factory tested before we send them out.

Please note that all electronic components should be installed by a qualified technician.

Many require programming and/or proper wire configuration to work properly.

Any damages to the components due to improper installation will not be accepted.

Refunds and reimbursements (where applicable) for the products are issued within 7 days of return delivery at our warehouse.

Any electronic devices will be tested and if defective a refund will be issues within 15 days of return.

If there are any questions that you may have please don’t hesitate to contact us, we try to get back to all queries within 24 Hours during our regular business hours.

We are not responsible for unforeseen errors, all such will be refunded upon the customers behest.

Damaged Items

Should you receive a damaged item, please take several photos of the item, preferably still in the container it was shipped in and add it as an attachment along with the order number and receipt to our email. Once we receive your request, we will assess the damage and contact you to determine the outcome.

Limitation of Liability: We limit any liability/responsibility what so ever to the purchase price of the items purchased. Any claims must be process directly with the manufactures of the items or third party shippers.

Any damaged must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product. We need a picture from every angle and label. 7 pictures as per UPS

We are not liable for any damages, injury or use of any products sold by us, especially on any chemical products.

When to expect the refund

Once the item has been sent back by mail, please allow us at Canada Pool warehouse a 7 days in order for us to receive the items, after which we will then process the return and initiate the refund. Once the refund has been processed, we will then process the refund to your preferred method.
